Credential Requirements for International Buyers:
BUYERS: To register, please provide us by fax or email copies of the following.
- Completed Registration Form
- Copy of a legal document issued in your country showing the name of your business and address. (document needs to be translated into English)
- Copy of your VAT tax number or Tax identification Card from your country.
- Copy of advertisement or brochure showing your store.or business entity
- Business Card from Principal of the company and each person attending.
- Photo Identification
VISA APPLICATION GUIDELINES AND PROCEDURES
If you are an international attendee, please be reminded that the United States government has instituted new, tighter visa requirements for non-immigrant applicants. YOU ARE ENCOURAGED TO APPLY NOW FOR YOUR VISA. Make sure you begin your visa application process well in advance of your travel dates and no later than three months before you wish to enter the United States. Once it is determined that a visa is necessary for travel, you will need to contact the embassy or consulate in your vicinity to schedule an appointment for screening. Pacific Market Center will be happy to issue an invitation letter to our International Buyers that have registered and provided all the requested documentation. Please be advised that an invitation letter does not guarantee that the U.S. Department of State will issue a Visa. Pacific Market Center will not be able to contact U.S. Embassies or Consulates in support or on behalf of an individual attempting to gain entry into the United States.
